1. Organizing meetings.

This committee organizes project meetings which are categorized as General and Committee meetings, held on Tuesdays and Board meetings which are held on Thursdays not leaving out the peer members meeting held once each month.

2. Monitoring and evaluation.

The committee works closely with leaders of other committees regularly, monitoring the activities of the project to ensure quality service delivery and relevancy of the services given to students.

every early August.
